Reports and publications
Our reporting, our policies and the documents that explain how your money is protected.
What we publish
We report on two things: what the bank did with savers’ money, and what that money changed. Both are published each year, and both include the parts that did not go to plan.
Product and regulatory documents sit alongside them, so you can read the terms of an account before you open it rather than afterwards.

Charity Bank Australia is an authorised deposit-taking institution regulated by APRA, holds its conduct and credit licences from ASIC, and is a member of the Australian Financial Complaints Authority.
We share the principles of values-based banking set out by the Global Alliance for Banking on Values, of which we are a member, and report against them each year.
Documents not linked on this page are published with the annual report or held with your account records. Customers can ask our support team for any of them through secure messaging in online banking, and we will send a copy without charge.
